To modify an application plan, complete the following steps.

  1. In Management Console, in the left pane, under Select Department, select a department from the list.
  2. In the left pane, expand Application Plans and select an application plan type.
  3. In the right pane, on the Applications tab, select the application plan you want to modify.
  4. To modify an application plan, perform any of the following actions.

    Modify an application plan
    1. Click Modify.
    2. In Application Plan Designer Options, make the necessary changes to the application plan, such as modifying maps, or adding new screens or dictionary data elements. If your application plan has more than one screen, you must modify each screen separately.
    3. Click Save when you are finished modifying the application plan and close Application Plan Designer.
    Modify application plan settings
    1. Click Settings.
    2. In the Plan Settings dialog box, make the necessary changes to the application plan's general settings, such as changing the application plan name and description, or updating security preferences.
    3. Click OK.
