To create a profile that determines fax, print, email, or file output settings in Management Console, complete the following steps.
- In Management Console, in the left pane, click Output Profiles.
- In the right pane, click the output method tab and click New.

On the General tab, perform the
following actions.
- In the Name box, type a name for your output profile.
- In the Description box, type a description for your output profile.
- Click OK.
