To create a profile that determines fax, print, email, or file output settings in Management Console, complete the following steps.

  1. In Management Console, in the left pane, click Output Profiles.
  2. In the right pane, click the output method tab and click New.
  3. On the General tab, perform the following actions.
    • In the Name box, type a name for your output profile.
    • In the Description box, type a description for your output profile.
  4. Click OK.
