To define the order of the document types you want to include when outputting documents, complete the following steps.
If you are exporting documents as files, you
can only perform this procedure if you are outputting files as a
single PDF.
- In Management Console, in the left pane, click Output Profiles.
- In the right pane, click the output method tab, select the output profile, and click Modify.

On the Order tab, perform one
of the following actions.
- In the List, select the document type list to output the selected documents in a specific order.
- Click Edit if you want to modify the document type list or the document order.
- In the List, select <New Document Type List> if you want to create a new document type list.
- Click OK.
