To delete a reason list for putting an item on hold, complete the following steps.
You cannot remove a system list (Apply Signature, Void/Expire
Digital ID, or Void Signature).
- In Management Console, in the left pane, under Select Department, select a department from the list.
- In the left pane, click Workflow.
- Click the Reason Lists tab.
- Click the reason list you want to delete and then click Delete.
