To restrict the types of documents users can add to a drawer, complete the following steps.
- In Management Console, in the left pane, under Select Department, select a department from the list.
- In the left pane, click Drawers.
- In the right pane, on the Drawers tab, select the drawer and click Modify.
- In the Modify Drawer dialog box, click the Document Types tab, and select the Allow only selected document types check box.
- Optional. To filter the available document types according to the list in which they were assigned, in By list, select a document type list.
- In the Available list, select a document type and click Add. Repeat this step for each document type that you want to specify for the drawer.
- Click OK.
