You can modify a picklist’s name and description at any time as long as the name is unique to all existing picklists. To edit a picklist, complete the following steps.
- In Management Console, in the left pane, under Select Department, select a department from the list.
- In the left pane, click Records > Picklists.
- In the Picklists pane, select the target picklist and click the Modify button.
- In the Modify Picklist dialog box, enter or edit text in the Name and Description text fields.
- Click OK.
