After setting up the servers on real machines, set up the real servers on a VLAN interface. To add them to the hardware load-balancer configuration, complete the following steps.
These servers exist on the same subnet as the VLAN interface.
- Open the Cisco ACE configuration tool.
- Click the Config tab.
- Add a new server by clicking the + (plus) symbol.
- In the Server Name field, enter the server name.
- In the IP address field, enter the IP address.
- In the Connection limits field, enter the connection limits.
