In your anti-virus application, disable on-access scanning for the \inserver directory, including all subdirectories.

Note: When you use on-accessscanning, your virusscanner continually examinesthePerceptive ContentServer memory and file system, which can decrease performance. If you move any directory outside of \inserver, make sure you disable on-access scanning in the new location. You can verify the location of Perceptive Content directories through the \inserver\etc\inow.ini file.
