  1. Create the form using Forms Designer. For more information about creating forms, refer to “Create a customized form section” in Manage > Forms Designer Help.
  2. Publish the form using Forms Designer. For more information about publishing forms, refer to “About publishing forms” in Manage > Forms Designer Help.
  3. Grant any of the following form privileges to users or groups. For steps to set form privileges, refer to “Set form privileges” in Manage > Forms Designer Help.
    • To allow users or groups to view the form and its data, grant the View privilege.
    • To allow users or groups to modify the data for that form, grant the Modify privilege.
    • To allow users or groups to enter the initial data into that form, grant the Create privilege.

For more information on granting privileges, refer to Administrator Help.
  4. To access the form, ensure the user or group has access to the document type, folder type, and drawer as necessary.
  5. Optional. Associate the form to the workflow queue where the imagenowforms.xml is configured to route the forms. To learn more about routes, refer to Workflow Designer Help.
