You can rearrange rule conditions on a policy. Before
you activate a policy, to rearrange event rule conditions on a policy,
complete the following steps.

In Management Console,
in the left pane, in the Select Department section,
select a department from the list.

In the left pane, select .

On the Policies tab, select a
policy.

Log in to the Retention Policy Designer.

In Retention Policy Designer, on the
Event tab, in the vertical bar to the left of the
conditions, click next to the condition you want to rearrange.

Click the Move Up
or Move
Down
button.
Moving a condition up in the list means that Retention Policy
Designer evaluates it earlier. Moving a condition down in the
list means that Perceptive Content evaluates it later.
