Overview
A browser delivered client, Titan, sets the foundation for all future Perceptive Content client updates. Leveraging Hyland user interface and the reusable components that are part of every Hyland product, Titan brings something completely new to the Perceptive Content product family.
Titan 25.1 ( 5.0.6) Release (January 2026)
The following components are included in this month’s patch.
- Added keyboard shortcut for saving action to set in User Settings in Titan. The default keyboard shortcut for saving action is ctrl + S. (PER-12386)
- Updated cursor to display finger pointer when hovering over clickable grids for improved user experience. (PER-12458)
Titan 25.1 (5.0.5 ) Release (December 2025)
The following components are included in this month’s patch.
- Resolved an issue where the selected display option fit content, fit height, fit width, or actual size was not retained in the viewer. (PER-12178)
- Resolved an issue where the searched keywords were not highlighted for some pages of a multipage TIF file for full-text search results. Note that full-text highlights are limited to the first 20 pages of a multipage TIFF document. (PER- 12164)
Titan 25.1 (5.0.4) Release (November 2025)
The following components are included in this month’s patch.
- Resolved an issue where the User menu icon would not display the profile name of currently logged-in user. (PER-12226)
- Resolved an issue where keyboard shortcuts associated with modules were not displayed until users navigated to the respective modules. (PER-12214)
- Resolved an issue where “Get next task in task list” option displayed oldest task instead of next task when users sorted the tasks based on task type. (PER-12125)
Titan 25.1 (5.0.3) Release (October 2025)
The following components are included in this month’s patch.
- Resolved an issue when Titan zoomed in when the keyboard was opened on iPhone. (PER-12126)
- Resolved an issue where highlights in Full-text search results were displayed incorrectly for rotated or skewed images. (PER-12124), (PER-11680)
- Resolved an issue where Titan would fail to print a large number of selected documents. The maximum number of documents to print at one time is now 10. (PER-11831)
- Resolved an issue with logging out when using Azure as an authentication provider. (PER-12120)
Titan 25.1 (5.0.2) Release (September 2025)

- Resolved an issue where the Full-text Search panel would not update after clicking Submit to Full Text. (PER-11795)
- Enhanced accessibility by enabling mobile devices to zoom in on pages. (PER-9413)
- Resolved an issue where using LearnMode within Capture and executing the app plan to update keys would inadvertently close the capture group, resulting in failure to save capturing documents. (PER-12123)
Titan 25.1 (5.0.1) Release (August 2025)

- Resolved an issue where the showProperties URL parameter was being ignored. (PER-11782)
- Resolved an issue that prevented route options from displaying in the Workflow menu. (PER-111796)
- Added a new error message that displays when an invalid date is entered in the Custom Property Date field. (PER-11797)
Titan 25.1 Release (June 2025)
The following features are included in the initial release of Titan 25.1.
- Added the ability to display the returned reason option selected by the user when a task is returned. (PER-8968)
- Added settings associated with Task application that can be configured by the users. (PER-221)
- Added an action button to the Forms pane within the viewer to allow the user to print the current view of the form. (PER-147)
- Updated the error message that is displayed when a user is trying to link folders, and the user does not have permission to utilize the drawer that is used in the application plan. (PER-8733)
- Added the ability to merge documents. (PER-9442)
- Added an optional queue parameter to allow filtering application plans by workflow queue. (PER-10041)
- Added redaction annotation support. (PER-9607)
- Added the ability to update a document from an application plan context, including the ability to create folders and shortcuts (PER-10104)
- Added the ability to use full text when searching for an item. (PER-9520)

- Resolved an issue where the Edit Column dialog box did not allow filtering by document type when adding custom property columns to folder content views. (PER-10339)
- Resolved an issue where custom property columns in folder content views were being removed when running the view. (PER-10340)
- Resolved an issue where the Add and Remove options on the New Document and Copy Document dialog box would not display if the selected document type had composite properties. (PER-9643)
- Resolved an issue where view result headers would not display in iOS 17.5.1 or higher. (PER-10763)
- Resolved an issue where the view would not execute when passing view constraints. (PER-10888)
- Resolved an issue in Capture, when gather context failed, where only the first page would display when capturing while the error was present and multi-doc was enabled. (PER-10788)
