To download Perceptive Content WebScan Toolkit installation files, complete the following steps.
- Visit the Hyland Community site.
- From the menu, click Support and then under Software Downloads select Perceptive Downloads.
- Find and download the installer file corresponding to the version to be installed. Ensure that the installer is the appropriate file for your operating system, either Microsoft Windows OS or Mac OS.
Install Perceptive Content WebScan Toolkit for Windows
To install Perceptive Content WebScan Toolkit for Windows operating system, complete the following steps.
- Extract the ZIP file to a temporary location on your device.
- Navigate to the temporary location and double-click the EXE file.
- On the End User License Agreement page, review the License Agreement, scroll to the end of the agreement, and then select I agree to the license terms and conditions, and then click Install.
- On the Installation Successfully Completed page, click Close.

- Extract the ZIP file to a temporary location on your device.
- Navigate to the temporary location and double-click the DMG file.
