To scan a package of pages and assign the location and property values to each document based on settings your administrator defined in an application plan and the basket into which you scan the pages, complete the following steps.
- In your business application, display the record to which you want to link your scanned files.
- On the Perceptive Content toolbar, click the Applications arrow and select the application plan for your business application.

To access Package Mode,
perform one of the following actions.
Situation Steps The Basket Group Selection dialog box displays when you log in to Perceptive Content. - Select the check box next to the baskets you want to use for processing.
- Click OK.
The Basket Group Selection dialog box does not display when you log in to Perceptive Content. - On the Perceptive Content toolbar, click .

If Scan Prompter displays,
perform one of the following actions for each listed document.
- If the Scan button displays and the other buttons are unavailable, insert your documents into the scanner feeder and, in the corresponding row in = Scan Prompter, click Scan.
- If the Review button displays and the Defer button is unavailable, in the corresponding row in Scan Prompter, click the Review button to inspect the document that was previously scanned.
- If the Defer button displays with the Scan and Review buttons, you can click Defer to continue to the next row in Scan Prompter.

If Scan Prompter does
not display, or if you need to scan documents in addition to those
that Scan Prompter lists,
perform the following substeps.
- In ImageNow Viewer - Package, on the View menu, select Package.
- In ImageNow Viewer - Package, on the Package toolbar, in the Capture Profiles list, use the already selected capture profile or select a new capture profile.
- Insert the documents you want to capture into the scanner feeder.
- On the Package toolbar, click the Capture button.

In the Package pane, perform any
of the following actions.
- To move a document from its receiving basket to another basket, in the basket group tree, drag the document from its receiving basket and drop it under the basket where you want it to appear.
- To enter additional document key values for a document, under its basket, click the document to open it and, in the Properties pane, make your changes.
- After you import and update all of the files, click the Submit button.
