You can set up batch processing to copy the document key values, such as drawer and name, from the previously linked document into the corresponding boxes of the next document you link. To remember document key values, complete the following steps.

  1. On the Perceptive Content toolbar, click Settings > Options.
  2. In the Perceptive Content Options dialog box, in the left pane, click Batches.
  3. In the right pane, under General, select the Remember document key values between links check box.
  4. Click OK.
