When you quality assure a batch, you inspect each document page to ensure it is properly oriented and its elements are legible. To quality assure a batch, complete the following steps.
- On the Perceptive Content toolbar, click .
- In the search results grid, double-click the batch you want to quality assure.

Open a page in a viewer and inspect the page. It is acceptable
when it meets most or all of the following standards.
- The scanned or imported image resembles the original document.
- No part of the page is missing due to a scanner misfeed.
- All critical elements of the document are legible (for example, signatures, account numbers, and totals).
- The document is properly oriented and aligned.

In the Actions pane, under Batch
Processing, click one of the following options.
- Mark page as OK. Shows you the next page in the batch to quality assure.
- Rescan this page. Replaces a page that does not meet your quality standards. Locate the original page and scan or import it to replace the existing image.
- Commit this batch. Submits the batch without reviewing all pages.
- Suspend this batch. Enables you to review another batch and return to this batch later.
- Delete this page. Removes the page from ImageNow.
When the batch contains no further pages to quality assure, you
return to the batch grid where you can open another batch to review.
