To set the watermark options for an ImageNow Printer document, complete the following steps.

  1. Open the file you want to print into ImageNow Printer.
  2. In the application that created the file, click File > Print.
  3. Set the printer name to ImageNow Printer.
  4. Click Printer Properties.
  5. In the ImageNow Printer Document Properties dialog box, on the Watermark tab, perform the following options as needed:
    Situation Steps
    To apply a watermark
    1. Select Enabled.
    To apply a watermark to only the first page of a document
    1. Click First page only. If you do not select this option, a watermark is applied to each page in the document.
    To apply a watermark to documents you print in portrait
    1. In the Portrait Pages section, in the Image File box, click Browse. In the Watermark Image dialog box, locate the watermark file you want to apply to your documents and then click Open.
    2. In the Position list, select Stretch to fit, Tile, or Center to designate the location of the watermark.
    3. In the Brightness list, select the brightness level of the watermark.
    To apply a watermark to documents you print in landscape
    1. In the Landscape Pages section, in the Image File box, click Browse. In the Watermark Image dialog box, locate the watermark file you want to apply to your documents and then click Open.
    2. In the Position list, select Stretch to fit, Tile, or Center to designate the location of the watermark.
    3. In the Brightness list, select the brightness level of the watermark.
  6. Click OK.
  7. In the Print dialog box, click OK.
  8. In the Print dialog box, in the Capture Profile list, select a capture profile and then click OK.
  9. Link and save your document.
    The steps needed to link and save your document can vary and are based on the settings configured in the selected capture profile.
