When you use a Batch mode capture profile, ImageNow Printer prints one or more electronic files from an application, such as Microsoft Excel, into a batch. You quality assure and assign the location and property values to files in the batch later in your business process. To print an electronic file into a batch, complete the following steps.

This procedure requires a capture profile set to the ImageNow Printer source and Batch mode, and the Drawer > Content > Create/Append privilege. >
  1. Open the file you want to print into ImageNow Printer.
  2. In the application that created the file, click File > Print
  3. Set the printer name to ImageNow Printer.
  4. Click OK.
  5. If the Print dialog box displays, in the CaptureNow profile list, select a capture profile set to the ImageNow Printer source and Batch mode and click OK.
