To change a custom property or composite property value for an item, complete the following steps.
- Open the item.
- In a viewer, click View > Properties.

In the Properties pane under Custom
Properties, type or select a value in the property.
If an arrow icon appears to the left of the property, it is a composite property, where you can type or select a value for each row that appears. For this type of property, you can also add a new set of properties if needed.

Optional. To add a new composite property row or set,
right-click the property name and then do one of the following options:
- If Insert Row appears, click it and then type or select a value in the new row.
- If Insert Property Set appears, click it and then type or select any values that you want to store in the new set.
- Optional. To reset rows to default values, right-click the row you want to reset and then click either Reset Row or Reset Property Set. To remove rows or sets, right-click the row you want to remove and then click either Delete Row or Delete Property Set.
- In the File toolbar, click the Save button.
