To create a custom property that stores a flag, or boolean
value, complete the following steps.

In Management Console,
in the left pane, under Select Department, select
a department from the list.

In the left pane, click Custom Properties.

Click .

In the New Flag Property dialog
box, in the Name box, type a name for the
custom property.

Optional. In the Default value list,
select True or False for
the default value for this custom property.
Note: If you leave this setting empty, no default value appears
in the custom property.

In the Positive Label box, type
the value to display when the condition is true.

In the Negative Label box, type
the value to display when the condition is false.
Note: The Flag property stores values of 0 or 1 based on the
value that is selected by the user. The Positive Label and Negative Label boxes
allow you to adjust the labels that represent the stored values.

Click OK.
You can assign the custom property to a document type,
folder type, or composite property.
