An inherited physical file reference can be found on a record or record folder through inheritance from an ancestor record folder. To view an inherited physical file reference on a record or record folder in Record Viewer or Record Folder Viewer, complete the following steps.

1. In Perceptive Content, select Records or Record Folders.
2. In the ImageNow Explorer grid, double-click a record or record folder.
3. In a viewer, in the Actions pane, click View inherited physical file reference.
