To open an item in a viewer, complete the following steps.

From the Perceptive Content toolbar, complete one of the following procedures.
Viewer Steps
Document
  1. Click the Documents button.
  2. From the document grid, double-click a document.
Record
  1. Click the Records button.
  2. From the record grid, double-click a record.
Folder
  1. Click the Folders or Record Folders button.
  2. From the grid, double-click a folder.
Workflow
  1. Click the Workflow button.
  2. From the workflow grid, double-click a workflow item.
Package
  • Click Capture drop-down arrow and select Package Mode.
QA
  1. Click Batches and select Ready for QA.
  2. Double-click an item in the grid.
Link
  1. Click Batches and select Ready for Linking.
  2. Double-click an item in the grid.
Single Scan
  • Click Capture and select the desired single mode capture profile.
