You can export a search results grid to a CSV file. To export a grid, complete the following steps.
- Right-click inside the search results grid and then click Export Grid.
- In the Export Grid Data dialog box, navigate to the desired file location, enter a file name for the grid file, and click Save.
This procedure exports all rows of the grid, whether the entire
list is visible on the screen or not.
