Override an inherited physical file reference - Use Forms - Foundation 24.1 - Foundation 24.1 - Ready - Perceptive Content - external

An inherited physical file reference occurs when a parent record folder contains a physical file reference and a child record or record folder does not have a directly inherited physical file reference. You can override the inherited physical file reference to directly apply a physical file reference. To override an inherited physical file reference on a record folder, complete the following steps.

1. In Perceptive Content, select Records or Record Folders.
2. In the ImageNow Explorer grid, double-click a record or record folder.
3. In the viewer, in the Actions pane, click View inherited physical file reference.
4. In the Inherited Physical File Reference dialog box, select the Override inherited check box.
5. In the Select a physical file template section, select a physical file template from the list.
6. Optional. In the Physical properties section, click a physical property and select a setting from the list.
7. Click OK.
