To search for active and inactive record folders based on the status, the user that changed the status, or the date the status changed, complete the following steps.
- In the Views pane, select the record folder view you want to use as a basis for your search.
- In the right pane, on the Search tab, click the button.
- In the Add Condition dialog box, in the Constrain by list, select Status, User or Date.
- In the Type list, select Normal.
- In the Field list, select Folder status or Status changed by or Status changed.
- In the Operator list, select is equal to, or another operator to use when comparing the field and the value.
- In the Value box, Active or Inactive.
- Click OK and then click the Go button.
