For the duration of the iConvert process, consider setting the Max Degree of Parallelism (MAXDOP) to a value that is appropriate on the hosting server in order increase processing capacity and reduce the overall duration of the conversion. After the iConvert process has finished, you can switch the MAXDOP back to 1 to disable parallelism. For best practices, refer to Microsoft documentation and knowledge base articles.
