ELM 6.9.2 Release
This guide contains information about new features, product enhancements, and updates in the Saperion ELM version 6.9.2 product.
Before you install or upgrade Saperion ELM, refer to the Prerequisites section in the Install Guideline topic and ensure that the required prerequisites are installed. For additional information about system requirements, refer to the current Saperion Technical Specification.
New feature
- The Mailbox rights manager now allows users to select and apply permissions to Active Directory groups. This process of applying permissions requires extraction of mailboxes from the groups. (SECM-3470)
- The Mailbox rights manager now allows users to select Active Directory groups at Folder Security level. (SECM-4120)
- Members of a group merged into another group can now be added to Folder permissions of a mailbox. (SECM-4122)
- Upgraded the Oracle.ManagedDataAccess library to version 4.122.21.1. (SECM-4235)
- Introduced a new option to authenticate using the Application Permission Flow for Oauth authentication. (SECM-4325)
- Saperion ELM now supports multitenancy in store. (SECM-5931, SECM-5949, SECM-6049)
- Saperion ELM now uses a new code signing certificate. (SECM-5952) Empty Powershell settings is now allowed in the Addressbook manager. (SECM-6175)
- The O365 server now allows default values in the configuration. (SECM-6176)
Updates
- Resolved an issue where signed emails could not be retrieved through generated attachment link. (SECM-3970)
- Resolved an issue where journal (embedded) emails containing illegal path characters in the subject of the envelop email could not be restored from Microsoft Exchange. (SECM-4069)
- Resolved an issue where an error occurred when both the child and the parent groups were assigned the same job. (SECM-4206)
- Resolved an issue where an error occurred while executing an archiving job when the child and the parent groups were members of each other. (SECM-4231)
- Resolved an issue where backup shortcut could not be promoted to standard shortcut for emails sent using the "on behalf of" feature, as the sender address was slightly different. (SECM-4260)
- Resolved an issue where the email synchronization process marked the mailbox as deleted when the email address in the mailboxes table in ELM were in a different text case than in the PowerShell. (SECM-4305)
- Resolved an issue where changing the authentication flow between Application and Delegated permissions removed the client secret in Application permissions. (SECM-5667)
- Resolved an issue that caused an error when the "Test Connection" button was clicked in the Addressbook manager. (SECM-5765)
- Resolved an issue where integer value higher than the range of int32 in Oracle were causing errors. Also, the archive size statistics resulted in an error when the archive size of the mailbox was large. (SECM-5833)
- Resolved an issue where the Import server (Addressbook) wizard resized when the user switched between other open windows. (SECM-5887)
- Resolved an issue where rendering of special RTF emails in Archive Web failed. (SECM-5921)
- Resolved an issue where rendering of special HTML emails in Archive Web failed. (SECM-5973)
