Searching the product documentation can be done by using keywords. You can also browse documentation for individual product lines.

Note: Searching and filtering topics is a basic feature of the documentation portal and does not require you to sign in.

If this is a search you anticipate using several times you can save the search to your library to quickly access when needed.

Note: Saving searches is an advanced feature of the documentation portal and you need to sign in with your Hyland credentials to use this feature. See Saving Searches for more information.

To search the documentation in the Hyland Product Documentation portal:

Launch the Hyland Product Documentation portal at https://support.hyland.com.

The Hyland Product Documentation screen is displayed.
In the Keywords field, enter the text for which you want to search. Suggestions are displayed as you enter text. You may select from the list of suggestions to populate the Keywords field.
To execute the search, click the Search icon at the right end of the Keyword field.
The search results are displayed with further options to refine your search and obtain results across product lines or selected products and versions. To refine your search, on the search results screen, under the Refine your search pane, select the relevant options. See Refining Search Results for more information.
